LOMF Sunday

The second Sunday in February is designated in our synod as LOMF Sunday. This year, LOMF Sunday is February 8, 2009.

On this Sunday, we ask congregations and individuals to lift up LOMF in their prayers and show support of our ministry by printing information about LOMF and our programs in newsletters and weekly bulletins. This is one way to help get the word out to all the members of our congregations about our facilities and the important work we do. We also ask that you receive a special offering designated for the support of LOMF programs and operations. It is not too early to mark your calendars and begin plans to celebrate and support this outstanding ministry of our synod.
